Sage is a perennial bushy plant, famous since antiquity. The ancient Greeks used it as a polypharmacy since it is an herb with many therapeutic substances and properties, such as antibacterial. Antiseptic, cardiotonic, spasmolytic and anti-diabetic. In Crete, Sage grows in abundance and prefers sunny areas and rocky, barren grounds.
PROPORTION:
One g. Herb per 100 g. water. First, add the water and then add the herb. Allow it to rest 7 to 10 minutes covered up outside of the fire and then strain it. If we wish we can add honey or sugar.
