The Greek Oregano is perennial plant and it can be found in mountainous and rocky areas. Its quality is considered to be the best worldwide. It is the basic spice of the Mediterranean and constitutes an esteemed aromatic herb of the Greek cuisine. It is rarely used as a beverage, which has exceptional antioxidant properties.
PROPORTION:
One g. Herb per 100 g. water. First, add the water and then add the herb. Allow it to rest 7 to 10 minutes covered up outside of the fire and then strain it. If we wish we can add honey or sugar.
