The Kandemili Family with respect to the Cretan nutritional tradition and dedication to the fruit of the olive tree,created the superior category extra virgin olive oil in conversion to organic farming. It is produced in organic olive groves ( Kalo Chorio Monofatsiou ) located in the central mountains Crete.

Due to the early harvest of ripe olives and “cold extraction” at low temperatures an excellent olive oil is produced with very low acidity. Made from 100% Koroneiki olive variety, it has a rich fruity aroma of freshly harvested ripe olives.
