Description

The aromatic wild Mint, known as Penny Royal, is a perennial plant which grows along the rivers, streams and wet lands. In Ancient Greece it was used due to it has antitussive, antiasthmatic, antiarthritic, antidiarrheal, anesthetic action.

PROPORTION:

One g. Herb per 100 g. water. First, add the water and then add the herb. Allow it to rest 7 to 10 minutes covered up outside of the fire and then strain it. If we wish we can add honey or sugar.
