The Lemon Thyme it is considered to be one of the most resilient thyme species. It has this name due to the fact that it’s a thyme species that smells like lemon. It is believed to have digestive, astringent, and tonic properties, while it is also ideal for respiratory purposes.
PROPORTION:
One g. Herb per 100 g. water. First, add the water and then add the herb. Allow it to rest 7 to 10 minutes covered up outside of the fire and then strain it. If we wish we can add honey or sugar.
