Description

Lemon Verbena, with the Latin name ‘Lappia citriodora’, is planted in Crete, which is notably used, and it’s called Gorgogianni. Its substances have a diuretic- decongestant action, antibacterial, astringent, softening, relaxing and spasmolytic properties. It can be used with many ways, as beverage or oil, so it can be added in creams and also in cooking.

PROPORTION:

One g. Herb per 100 g. water. First, add the water and then add the herb. Allow it to rest 7 to 10 minutes covered up outside of the fire and then strain it. If we wish we can add honey or sugar.
