Description

Dictamnus is an endemic plant that can be found in Crere and it used as a beverage. Its name was obtained by the mountain range Dikti in Lasithi Crete which was found in abundance.Nowdays, this perrenial wild plant grows in cliffs and gorges, and it spreads from the level of the sea up to 1600m. The Ancient Cretans used Dictamus in brew, as a nostrum for almost all diseases.

PROPORTION:

One g. Herb per 100 g. water. First, add the water and then add the herb. Allow it to rest 7 to 10 minutes covered up outside of the fire and then strain it. If we wish we can add honey or sugar.
